Michael Lacey is the founder and CEO of Digineer®. In 1998 Michael founded the firm at the age of 29 and has since built an award winning, multi-million dollar organization. Under Michael’s leadership, Digineer has experienced more than 60% growth every year for the past four years. In 2006, Michael was recognized by Fortune Small Business as one of Winning Workplaces’ “Best Bosses”. He has also been named to the Twin Cities Business Journal’s “40 under 40”, a list of the top business executives under 40 and was a finalist for the Minnesota High Tech Association’s 2006 Emerging Leadership award.

Doug Reynolds was named President of Digineer® in early 2016. Doug is a “boomerang”, having served as COO from 2010 to 2012. Prior to his return, Doug was CIO of Regis Corporation where he oversaw development of new digital marketing tools, technology rationalization and cost take out, and the addition of high speed networks and new Point-of-Sale software to 7,000 salons. Doug is known as a versatile executive leader with a rigorous passion for results and accountability and a record of leadership, performance and profitability in rapidly changing environments. He has held senior leadership roles in companies as diverse as Allianz, Best Buy, Delta Dental and Prudential Insurance. Doug holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Metropolitan State University (Minnesota) and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota).
